Shipping and Delivery Policy

All delivery times are approximate and provided as a guideline only. Once your order leaves the Burrow, it’s in the paws of third-party couriers. Bad Squirrel Studio cannot be held responsible for delays, disruptions, or squirrel-related detours caused by external delivery services. Please do contact us if your parcel has not arrived after the stated delivery timeframe.
Delivery will be made by Royal Mail via the service requested on your order. If you require alternative delivery methods, please do contact us.
Custom and Personalised Items

All custom and personalised items are made to order and tailored specifically for the recipient. Once production has begun, these items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged. This includes—but is not limited to—bespoke packaging, engraved or laser-cut products, personalised inserts, and any item featuring custom names, messages, or design elements.
